Return & Exchange Policy

Hair extensions must be unused unaltered, and its original packaging.
Weave or extensions that have been washed cut style or worn are non-refundable for hygiene purposes.
Customers are responsible for return shipping fees, unless we are at fault (ex., wrong product sent or damage goods.)
Refund will be issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.
